Claims Procedure

*Warranties are only available through authorized dealers!


1. Call 1-888-674-8549 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday Eastern Time.
2. Please Have Warranty Agreement and odometer reading.
3. Nationwide Auto Warranty will then direct you to our nearest Warranty Repair Facility.


Maintenance is due every 3 months or 5,000 kms, whichever occurs first, or follow the manufactures suggested maintenance program.
1. Change engine oil and filter.
2. Check and maintain all fluid levels.
3. Check and/or replace all filters as required.

Services must be completed within 30 (thirty) days or 1000 (one thousand) kms, whichever occurs first from when it is due. Do it yourself oil changes are not permitted. Please retain all invoices showing services completed with VIN, odometer reading and date of service. In the event of a claim, Nationwide Auto Warranty will request confirmation of maintenance. Failure to produce such maintenance records will result in denial of warranty coverage. Please see Part 5 Maintenance Obligations) of your warranty contract for complete details.
